- Enter your Consolidated Communications email address
- Enter your Password
- Then click on the “Log in” button.

How to Surewest Email Setup for iPhone?
- Go to iPhone settings option.
- Tap Mail, Contacts and Calendars
- Tap Add Mail Account
- Select Other
- Select Add Mail Account and enter following details:
– Name: Your Name
– Email: Your email address
– Password: Your password
– Description: - Tap on Next Button
- Select IMAP, under incoming mail server and enter following details:
– Hostname: imap.mycci.net
– Username: Your email address
– Password: Your password - Under outgoing mail server, enter the following details:
– Hostname: smtp.mycci.net
– Username: Your email address
– Password: Your password - Tap Save Button
- Now go back to the Settings, select Surewest account
- Tap Advanced and enter following details under incoming settings
– Use SSL: Yes
– Authentication: Password
– Server Port: 993 - Under outgoing settings, enter the following details
– Use SSL: Yes
– Authentication: Password
– Server Port: 587
Congratulations, you can now send and receive email on your iPhone device.
Setup Surewest Email Account on Android Phone
- Step 1
Open an Email or Gmail app in your android device - Step 2
Tap settings and click Add Account. - Step 3
Select Other - Step 4
Enter your surewest.net email address and password then click Manual Setup - Step 5
Choose IMAP Account - Step 6
Enter following details, under incoming server settings:
– Username: Your email address
– Password: Your password
– IMAP server: imap.mycci.net
– Security type: SSL
– Port: 993 - Step 7
Tap Next - Step 8
Under outgoing server settings, enter the following details:
– SMTP server: smtp.mycci.net
– Port: 587
– Security type: SSL - Step 9
Tap Next - Step 10
Select Email check frequency - Step 11
Give your account name and tap Done.
Congratulations! You’re all done here and ready to use your email accounts on your Android phone.
Surewest Email Account Setup for Windows Live Mail IMAP
- Open Windows Live Mail.
- Click on File> Options and click Email accounts.
- Now click on Add
- Choose Email Account, then click Next
- Enter following details, under logon information:
– Email address: enter your full email address.
– Password: enter your email password.
– Remember this password: Check
– Display: your name - Then click Manually configure server settings, and then click Next.
- Enter the following details on the Configure server settings page.
– Server Type: IMAP.
– In the Incoming mail server, enter the IMAP server name:
– IMAP: imap.enventis.net
– Port: 143
– Do NOT click Requires a secure connection (SSL)
– Under Authenticate Using, select Clear text
– In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, enter the SMTP server name:
– SMTP: smtp.enventis.net
– Port: 587
– Click Requires a secure connection (SSL) and Requires authentication.
– Logon user name: enter your Full Email Address - Click Next
- Click Finish.
- Tap Close.
Surewest Email Account Setup for Windows Live Mail POP3
- Open Windows Live Mail.
- Click on File> Options and click Email accounts.
- Now click on Add
- Choose Email Account, then click Next
- Enter following details, under logon information:
– Email address: enter your full email address.
– Password: enter your email password.
– Remember this password: Check
– Display: your name - Then click Manually configure server settings, and then click Next.
- Enter the following details on the Configure server settings page.
– Server Type: POP.
– Incoming mail server: enter the POP3 server name:
– POP3: pop.enventis.net
– Port: 110
– Do NOT click Requires a secure connection (SSL)
– Under Authenticate Using, select Clear text
– Outgoing mail server (SMTP), enter the SMTP server name:
– SMTP: smtp.enventis.net
– Port: 587
– Click Requires a secure connection (SSL) and Requires authentication.
– Logon user name: enter your Full Email Address - Click Next
- Click Finish.
- Tap Close.
Outlook 2010/2013 Setup for IMAP
- Open Outlook.
- If the Microsoft Outlook Startup wizard appears, click Next. Then click Next, on the E-mail Accounts page.
- If the Microsoft Outlook Startup wizard doesn’t appear, click the File tab, then go to info, click Account Settings.
- Click on New
- Click Manually configure server settings or additional server types
- Then click Next.
- Select Internet E-mail, and click Next.
- Enter following information on the Internet E-mail Settings page:
User Information:
– Your Name: enter the name you want users to see when you send email from this account.
– E-mail Address: enter your email address.
Under Server Information:
– Account Type: IMAP.
– Incoming mail server: imap.enventis.net
– Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.enventis.net
Logon Information:
– User Name: enter your full email address.
– Password: enter your email password. If you want Outlook to remember your password, make sure the check box next to Remember password is selected. - Click More Settings
- Tap on the Outgoing Server tab and select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
- Tap on the Advanced tab. Under Incoming server (IMAP) you will enter the following:
- Enter incoming port 143 and outgoing port 587, and then change from none to Auto
- On the Add New Account page, click Next. After Outlook tests your account, click Close.
- Click Finish.
- Click Close
Outlook 2010/2013 Setup for POP3
- Open Outlook.

- Tap on the Outgoing Server tab and select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
- Tap on the Advanced tab. Under Incoming server (POP3) you will enter the following:
- Enter incoming port as 110 and the outgoing port as 587, and then change from none to Auto.
- If you’re using POP3 and you want to keep a copy of your messages on the server, under Delivery, click Leave a copy of messages on the server.
- Click OK.
- Click Next, on the Add New Account page. After Outlook tests your account, click Close.

- Open Mail, Click Mail> Preferences.

– Check in the box for Use Authentication
– User Name: enter your Full Email Address.
– Password: enter your password, then click Continue. - Outgoing Mail Security:
– Check in the box for Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
– Authentication: select password, then click Continue. - On Account Summary:
– Verify that all settings are correct, and then click Create. - Accounts:
– From here you can close the Accounts window and you should be all set to go.
Mac Mail 5.0 Setup for POP
