What is Selu WebMail?

Southeastern provides a Gmail account to each faculty, staff, and student. Gmail is a web-based system that can be accessed from any device and anywhere connected to the internet. Having this web-based system offers incredible flexibility for accessing your email, calendar, and documents.

Using this web based system you can log into your account from mobile devices such as tablets/pads and smartphones.

First visit Southeastern’s home page at https://www.southeastern.edu/
Click on My Den
Then Click on Webmail
Enter your username/email ( you must use your firstname.lastname@selu.edu as your username)
Enter your password

Don’t know your username?

Your username is your Southeastern email address.
This is normally in the format firstname.lastname@selu.edu.
If you have forgotten your email address, visit at Email Login Lookup that can be used to easily attain this information.

Changing My WebMail Password

Log into Selu webmail
Click on “Account Information and Password
Change for Email, Blackboard and LEONet (PeopleSoft)”
Enter your Log in Information
– Username – your university ID number (your “W” number)
– Password – your E-mail password
– Click the Account Info button.
Click on Change Password.
Then Enter New Password
Then Re-enter New Password
Click the Submit button. Your new password will be set and is effective immediately.

Forgot Password?

Access the WebMail Log In page
Click on “I forgot my password”
Enter your university ID in the Username field. (Your “W” number)
Enter your birthdate in the Date of Birth Field.
Type your social security number in the Last 4 digits of SSN field.
Click the Submit button.
Type your answer to the Password question.
Enter New Password
Re-enter New Password
Click the Submit button. Your new password is set.
