- First open this webpage.
- Enter your Username and Password.
- Click on the I’m not a robot captcha’s checkbox to confirm that you are not a robot.
- Then click on the “Sign in” button.
Forgot Roadrunner Email Address
If you forgot your RR email address, you can recover it easily. Follow the steps given below:
- Go to Spectrum Webmail login page
- Click on Forgot email address? link
- A page with username retrieval tool will open.
- Enter your mobile number and click on submit button

- Step 1
Start by choosing the Mail icon in your applications screen. - Step 2
Enter your RoadRunner email address, then tap Next. - Step 3
Select Personal (POP3), then tap Next. - Step 4
Type your RoadRunner password, then tap Next. - Step 5
Under Incoming Server Settings, enter followings details:
– Username: Your full email address
– Password: Your RoadRunner email password.
– Server: pop-server.maine.rr.com (this will vary based on your location).
– Port: 110
– Security type: None - Step 6
Then tap Next. - Step 7
Under Outgoing Server Settings, enter followings details:
– Server: smtp-server.maine.rr.com (domain varies based on location).
– Port: 587 (May also be 25)
– Security type: None
– Require sign-in: Check
– Username: username@maine.rr.com (domain varies based on location)
– Password: Your RoadRunner email password. - Step 8
Tap Next, then tap Next again. - Step 9
Enter a name in the Your name field. This is the name that will be shown to people when they receive email from you. - Step 10

Setup Roadrunner Email account on Microsoft Outlook
Automatic Configuration

Open Outlook. - Step 2
Click on File tab on top menu bar. - Step 3
Select Account Settings, in the Info category then select Account Settings from the drop-down list. - Step 4

Select New. - Step 6
In the Email Account section under Auto Account Setup enter following details:
– Your Name: enter your full name.
– Email Address: Enter your Spectrum Email Address.
– Password: Enter your Spectrum email Password.
– Retype Password: Enter the password again - Step 7
If you want Outlook to automatically enter your email password, select Save this password in your password list.
Select Next to begin the Auto Account Setup process. If your account is configured successfully, a confirmation message is displayed when the process is complete. - Step 8
