What is iPower WebMail?
iPower Webmail is an email service which may be accessed using a standard web browser. It contrasts with email support reachable through a specialized email customer software.
An Email system where a user may access their emails with a browser on any computer or device that’s connected to the web.
iPower Webmail Log in
- First open this webpage.
- Enter your email and Password.
- Then click on the Log in button.
Access webmail via Domains Dashboard
- Log in to your Domains Dashboard.
- In Card View, click on the Manage button on the domain of the email address.
- Click on the Gear icon, In List View.
- Click the Standard under Email Management, on the left menu
- Then click on Launch Email, under Standard Email Accounts
How To Access in iPower Webmail Log in?
Ways to Log In:
Webmail is all online, so there’s nothing for your to set up. Simply log into using one of the Approaches below:
Option 1: Direct Login
- Open your Browser In your PC or Laptop.
- Visit their webmail login page.
- Type your email address and password, then click on Login.
Option 2: Control Panel
- Log in to your control panel at secure.ipower.com/secure/login.bml
- Click on the Manage
- In List View, click on the Gear icon.
- Click the Standard under Email Management, on the left menu

How to iPower Email Setup for iPhone? (Apple iOS 8 and 9)
Using IMAP
- Go to iPhone settings option.
- Click Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap Add Account.
- Choose Other.
- Click Add Mail Account.
- Enter following details:
– Name: Name
– Email: Your full mailbox address
– Password: Your mailbox password
– Description: description - Tap Next.
- Choose IMAP.
- Enter following details:
– Incoming Mail Server Host Name: imap.ipower.com
– Incoming Mail Server User Name: Your full mailbox address
– Incoming Mail Server Password: Your mailbox password
– Outgoing Mail Server Host Name: smtp.ipower.com
– Outgoing Mail Server User Name: Your full mailbox address
– Outgoing Mail Server Password: Your mailbox password - Click Next.
- Select Continue if you get a message stating that the server identity could not be verified.
- The email setup for your Apple Device is now complete.
Using POP
- Go to iPhone settings option.
- Click Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap Add Account.
- Choose Other.
- Click Add Mail Account.
- Enter following details:
– Name: Name
– Email: Your full mailbox address
– Password: Your mailbox password
– Description: description - Tap Next.
- Select POP.
- Enter following information:

– Outgoing Mail Server Host Name: smtp.ipower.com

– Outgoing Mail Server Password: Your mailbox password - Select Next.
- Select Continue if you get a message stating that the server identity could not be verified.
- The email setup for your Apple Device is now complete.

iPower Email Setup for Apple iOS 10
- Go to iPhone settings option.
- Select Mail
- Click Accounts.
- Tap Add Account.
- Choose Other
- Tap Add Mail Account.
- Enter the following details:
– Name: Name
– Email: Your full mailbox address
– Password: Your mailbox password
– Description: Description - Tap Next.
- Select POP or IMAP.
- If you select POP, then enter following details for POP
– Name: The name to display on your email
– Email: Your full mailbox address
– Description: Description
– Incoming Mail Server: POP
– Host Name: pop.ipower.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your email account password
– Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) Host Name: smtp.ipower.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your email account password - If you select IMAP, then enter following details for IMAP
– Name: The name to display on your email
– Email: Your full mailbox address
– Description: Description
– Incoming Mail Server: IMAP
– Host Name: imap.ipower.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your email account password
– Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) Host Name: smtp.ipower.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your email account password - Tap Save.
- Go back to Accounts and select the newly setup email to input the port numbers.
- Tap Advanced.
- Enter following details:
– Use SSL: toggle the slide button to switch off SSL
– Authentication: Password
– IMAP Server Port: 993
– POP Server Port: 995
– S/MIME: Off - Go back to the previous page and tap SMTP.
- Go to the Outgoing Primary Server.
- Enter following information:
– Server: On
– Host Name: smtp.ipower.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your email account password
– Use SSL: Off
– Authentication: Password
– Server Port: 587 - Tap Done.
- Go back to the email account settings page and tap Done
- Select Continue if you get a message stating that the server identity could not be verified.
The email setup for your Apple Device is now complete.
Setup iPower Email Account on Android Phone (Old Android Devices)
Using IMAP
- Step 1
Go to Settings in your android devices. - Step 2
Click Add Account. - Step 3
Select Email. - Step 4
Enter following information:
– Email Address: Your full mailbox address
– Password: Your mailbox password - Step 5
Click Manual Setup. - Step 6
Select IMAP. - Step 7
Enter following information:
– Username: Your full mailbox address
– Password: Your mailbox password
– IMAP Server (Incoming): imap.ipower.com
– Port (Incoming): 143
– Security Type: You can choose to enable SSL with this setting. If you choose to enable SSL, be sure to change the Port settings accordingly.
– IMAP Path Prefix (Optional): leave this blank. - Step 8
Click Next. - Step 9
Enter the following information:
– SMTP Server (Outgoing): smtp.ipower.com
– Port (Outgoing): 587
– Security Type: You can choose to enable SSL with this setting. If you choose to enable SSL, be sure to change the Port settings accordingly.
– Require Sign-In: Check this box
– Username: Your mailbox address
– Password: Your mailbox password - Step 10
Tap Next. - Step 11
The email setup for your Android Device is now complete.
Using POP
- Step 1

Enter following information:
– SMTP Server (Outgoing): smtp.ipower.com
– Port (Outgoing): 587
– Security Type: You can choose to enable SSL with this setting. If you choose to enable SSL, be sure to change the Port settings accordingly.
– Require Sign-In: We recommend having this box checked.
– Username: Your mailbox address (example: john@your-domain.com)
– Password: Your mailbox password - Step 10
Select Next.
The email setup for your Android Device is now complete.
Setup iPower Email Account on Mac OS X Mail
- Step 1
Open Mac OS X Mail. - Step 2
Click on Mail. - Step 3
Click Add Account. - Step 4
Select Other Mail Account and click Continue. - Step 5
Enter following information:
– Name: Name
– Email Address: Your full email address
– Password: Your email password - Step 6
Click Sign In. - Step 7
Select POP or IMAP - Step 8
If you select POP, enter following details:
– Account Type: POP
– Username: Your full mailbox address (in this example: jane@abc.com)
– Incoming Mail Server: pop.ipower.com
– Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.ipower.com - If you select IMAP, enter following details:
– Account Type: IMAP
– Username: Your full mailbox address
– Incoming Mail Server: imap.ipower.com
– Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.ipower.com - Step 9
Click Sign In. - Step 10
Choose the Mac apps you want to use with this email account. - Step 11
Click Done.
iPower Email Setup for Outlook 2003
Using POP
- Step 1
Open Outlook 2003. - Step 2
Click Tools. - Step 3
Tap Email Accounts. - Step 4
Click Add a new email. - Step 5
Click Next. - Step 6
Select Account Type: POP3 (same as POP). - Step 7
Tap Next. - Step 8
Enter following information:
– Your Name: The name to display on your email.
– Email Address: Your full email address
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your email password
– Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.ipower.com
– Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.ipower.com
– Remember password: Check this.
– Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): uncheck. - Step 9
Click More Settings. - Step 10
Click Outgoing Server. - Step 11
Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. - Step 12
Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server. - Step 13
Tap Advanced. - Step 14
Enter following information:
– Incoming Server (POP3): 110
– Outgoing Server (SMTP): 587 - Step 15

– Remember password: Check this.

Using POP

- Enter following information:
– Your Name: How you want your name to appear in emails
– Email Address: Your full mailbox address
– Account Type: POP3
– Incoming mail server: pop.ipower.com
– Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.ipower.com
– User Name: Your full mailbox address
– Password: Your mailbox password
– Remember password: keep this checked.
– Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): keep this unchecked. - Click More Settings.
- Click Outgoing Server.
- Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
- Click Advanced.
- Enter following information:
– Incoming Server (POP3): 110
– Outgoing Server (SMTP): 587 - Click OK.
- Click Next to complete the setup of your email client.
Using IMAP
- Open Outlook 2007.
- Click on Tools.
- Then click on Account Settings.

Setting up iPower email with Mozilla Thunderbird?
- Step 1
Open Mozilla Thunderbird. - Step 2
Click Tools - Step 3
Click Account Settings. - Step 4
Then, click Account Actions. - Step 5
Click Add Mail Account. - Step 6
Enter following details and press Continue.
– Your Name: How you want your name to appear in emails
– Username/Email Address: Your full email address
– Password: Your email password
– Remember password: keep this checked - Step 7
Click on Manual Configuration - Step 8
Enter following details depending on the incoming protocol you chose:
POP
– Outgoing Authentication: Normal password
– Outgoing SSL: Your preference. If you choose SSL/TLS, change the Outgoing Port to 465
– Outgoing Port: 587
– Outgoing Server Hostname: smtp.domain.com
– Incoming Authentication: Normal password.
– Incoming SSL: Your preference. If you choose SSL/TLS, change Incoming Port to 995.
– Incoming Port: 110
– Incoming Server Hostname: pop.domain.com
– Incoming (Type): POP
– Password: Your mailbox password
– Username/Email Address: Your full email address
– Your Name: How you want your name to appear in emails
IMAP
– Your Name: How you want your name to appear in emails
– Username/Email Address: Your full email address
– Password: Your email password
– Incoming (Type): IMAP
– Incoming Server Hostname: imap.domain.com
– Incoming Port: 143
– Incoming SSL: Your preference. If you choose SSL/TLS, have the incoming server and port reflect their appropriate SSL settings.
– Incoming Authentication: Normal password.
– Outgoing Server Hostname: smtp.domain.com
– Outgoing Port: 587
– Outgoing SSL: Your preference. If you choose SSL/TLS, have the outgoing server and port reflect their appropriate SSL settings.

Click Create Account. - Step 10
Wait for the mail client to finish verifying the email settings.
Setup iPower Email Account on Outlook for Mac 2011
For POP:
- Open Outlook 2011.
- Click on Tools> Accounts…
- Select Email Account.
- Enter your email address and password in the spaces provided. Then, uncheck the option Configure Automatically.
- Enter the following information. Once done, click the Add Account.
– User Name: Your full email address
– Type: POP
– Incoming Server: pop.ipower.com
– Incoming Server (Port): 110
– Override Default Port (Incoming): Checked.
– Use SSL to Connect (Incoming): Optional. If checked, change Incoming Server (Port) to 995.
– Outgoing Server: smtp.ipower.com
– Outgoing Server (Port): 587
– Override Default Port (Outgoing): Checked
– Use SSL to Connect (Outgoing): Optional. If checked, change Outgoing Server (Port) to 465. - This will create the email account, but additional steps are required to make sure it works.
- If needed, go back into Tools, then click Accounts, then choose your Email Account.
- Click More Options.
- Change Authentication to Use Incoming Server Info. Then, click OK, and you’re done!
For POP:
