What is iPage WebMail?
iPage Webmail is an email service which may be accessed using a standard web browser. That allows you to send and receive email messages. An Email system where a user may access their emails with a browser on any computer or device that’s connected to the web.
iPage Webmail Log in
- First open this webpage.
- Enter your full mailbox address and mailbox Password.
- Then click on the Log in button.
Access Webmail via Domains Dashboard
- Visit their login page and log in to your Domains Dashboard.
- Click on the Manage button on the domain of the email address, in Card View.
- Then click on the Gear icon, in List View
- On the left menu, under Email Management, click on Standard option.
- Under Standard Email Accounts, click on Launch Email to access your Webmail.
Reset Your Account Password
- Step 1
Visit their login page - Step 2
Click on Forgot Password? link - Step 3
Enter your Username or Domain, then click on Send Email Link. - Step 4
A password reset email is sent to the administrative email address on file. - Step 5
You will see a confirmation link requesting that you check your administrative email address on file. - Step 6
You will receive an email with “Your Password Reset Request”, within a few minutes. - Step 7
Click the link in the email. - Step 8
Enter Password and confirm the password to ensure they match. - Step 9
Review and confirm the Privacy Policy by checking the box - Step 10
Click Sign in with a new password button.
How To Change iPage Account Password
- Step 1
Visit their login page - Step 2
Log into your Domains Dashboard using your email address and mailbox password - Step 3
Click the down arrow and select Account Settings - Step 4
Click on Change Password, in the left menu bar. - Step 5
Enter your old and new passwords, then click on Change Password button - Step 6
Your password has been reset.
How to Create iPage Mailbox
- Log in to your Domains Dashboard
- You can switch between the two by clicking on the view icons at the top right corner.
- Click the Standard under Email Management.
- Click on the + Add Email and enter following details:
– Mailbox Name:
– Mailbox Password:
– Confirm Password: - Click on Create Mailbox
- You will also see that the email address you have created is added to the list of existing email addresses.
How to Change a Mailbox Password
- Log in to your Domains Dashboard
- You can switch between the two by clicking on the view icons at the top right corner.
- Click the Standard under Email Management.
- Click on the three-dot menu of the mailbox you want to change the password on.
- Then, select Settings.
- On Settings window, click on the Change password tab.
- Type new password and Confirm Password then click on the Change Password button to save your changes.

How to iPage Email Setup for Apple iOS 10
- Go to iPhone settings option.
- Click on Mail
- Then tap Accounts
- Now click on Add Account.
- Choose Other
- Then click on Add Mail Account and enter following details:
– Name: name
– Email: Your full mailbox address
– Password: Your mailbox password
– Description: description - Then click on Next
- Select POP or IMAP
- If you select POP enter following details:
– Name: The name to display on your email
– Email: Your full mailbox address
– Description: Description
Incoming Mail Server
– Host Name: pop.ipage.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your email account password
Outgoing Mail Server
– Host Name: smtp.ipage.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your email account password - If you select IMAP enter following details
– Name: The name to display on your email
– Email: Your full mailbox address
– Description: Description
Incoming Mail Server
– Host Name: imap.ipage.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your email account password
Outgoing Mail Server
– Host Name: smtp.ipage.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your email account password - Then tap on Save.
- Go back to Accounts and select the newly setup email to input the port numbers.
- Click on Advanced and enter following details:
– Use SSL: toggle the slide button to switch off SSL
– Authentication: Password
– IMAP Server Port: 993
– POP Server Port: 995
– S/MIME: Off - Go back to the previous page and tap SMTP.
- Go to the Outgoing Primary Server and enter following details:
– Server: On
– Host Name: smtp.ipage.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your email account password
– Use SSL: Off
– Authentication: Password
– Server Port: 587 - Click on Done
- Go back to the email account settings page and tap Done.
- Select Continue if you get a message stating that the server identity could not be verified.
- The email setup for your Apple Device is now complete.
Exchange Setup: Apple Mobile Devices
- Step 1
Go to Settings. - Step 2
Click on Mail, Contacts, and Calendars. - Step 3
Click on Add Account. - Step 4
Select Microsoft Exchange and enter following details:
– Email Address: Enter your Email Address.
– Domain: Skip the field.
– Username: Enter your User Name.
– Password: Enter your Mailbox Password.
– Description: Enter a Description of your choice (example: Work Email). - Step 5
Click on Next. - Step 6
Your Apple device will attempt to connect to your mailbox. If it has trouble connecting, it will ask for your server settings. Enter your Microsoft Exchange Server if prompted. - Step 7
Click on Next. - Step 8
Select what you would like to synchronize (Mail, Contacts, and/or Calendars). - Step 9
Tap on Save.
Email Client Setup for New Android Devices
- Step 1
Open the Mail app on your android device. - Step 2
Click on Other option - Step 3
Enter the email address you wish to configure - Step 4
Click on the Manual Setup - Step 5
Select POP or IMAP - Step 6
Enter your email password. - Step 7
Enter the following Incoming server settings:
POP
– Username: Your full email address
– Password: Your email address password
– Server: pop.ipage.com
IMAP
– Username: Your full email address
– Password: Your email address password
– Server: imap.ipage.com - Step 8
Click the NEXT button - Step 9
Outgoing server settings, enter the following details:
– Username: Your full email address
– Authentication: Your email password
– SMTP server: smtp.ipage.com - Step 10
Click on the NEXT button. - Step 11
Select your desired settings. - Step 12
Tap the NEXT button. - Step 13
Fill in the following two options:
– Give this account a name (Optional)
– Your name (Displayed on outgoing messages) - Step 14
Tap the NEXT button to complete the email setup.
Email Client Setup in Outlook for Android
- Open the Outlook for Android app, and go to Settings.
- Click on Add Account.
- Click Add Email Account.
- Type your email address then click on Continue.
- Select between IMAP and POP
- Toggle Advanced settings on and enter your password and server settings.
- Under IMAP enter following details
– Display Name: The name to display on your email.
– Email Address: Your full email address
– Account Type: IMAP
– Incoming Mail Server: imap.ipage.com
– Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.ipage.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your emailpassword
– Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): We recommend having this unchecked
– Incoming Server (IMAP Port): 143
– This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) (Incoming): Optional. If checked, change Incoming Server (IMAP Port) to 993.
– Outgoing Server (SMTP Port): 587
– Encryption method (Outgoing): Optional. If using SSL, change the Outgoing Server (SMTP Port) to 465 - Under POP enter following details
– Display Name: The name to display on your email.
– Email Address: Your full email address
– Account Type: POP
– Incoming Mail Server: pop.ipage.com
– Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.ipage.com
– User Name: Your full email address
– Password: Your emailpassword

iPage Email Client Setup for Mac OS X Mail
- Open Mac OS X Mail.
- Click on Mail> Add Account
- Choose Other Mail Account and click Continue
- Enter following information:
– Name: Enter name
– Email Address: Your full email address
– Password: Your email password - Click on Sign In button
- Select POP or IMAP
- For POP enter following information
– Account Type: POP
– Username: Your full mailbox address
– Incoming Mail Server: pop.ipage.com
– Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.ipage.com - For IMAP enter following information
– Account Type: IMAP
– Username: Your full mailbox address (in this example: jane@abc.com)
– Incoming Mail Server: imap.ipage.com
– Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.ipage.com - Click Sign In.
- Choose the Mac apps you want to use with this email account.
- Click Done.
Setting up Outlook 2016
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2016 on your computer
- Click on File Menu > Add Account
- Enter your Email Address.
- Check the box “Let me set up my account manually.”
- Click on Connect.
- Select POP or IMAP, here we have selected IMAP
- Enter following details:
– Your Name: Customers Name
– Email address: Example@customersdomain.com
– Incoming Server: pop.ipage.com or imap.ipage.com
– Outgoing Mail server: smtp.ipage.com
– User name: Customers Email Address
– Password: Password to the customer’s email address - Click on Next.
- Enter your password for your email account and click on Connect button.
- Your email account has been configured successfully!
- Click on Done to conclude the process.
Setup iPage email on Mozilla Thunderbird
- Open Mozilla Thunderbird.
- Click on Tools
- Select Account Settings.
- Click Account Actions
- Click Add Mail Account and enter following details
– Your Name: your name
– Username/Email Address: Your full email address
– Password: Your email password
– Remember password: We recommend that you keep this checked - Click on Continue
- Click on Manual Configuration and edit the server names, ports, and IMAP/POP to manually set up the account.
- Enter following information depending on the incoming protocol you chose:
If you choose POP
– Outgoing Authentication: Normal password
– Outgoing SSL: Your preference. If you choose SSL/TLS, change the Outgoing Port to 465
– Outgoing Port: 587
– Outgoing Server Hostname: smtp.domain.com
– Incoming Authentication: We recommend Normal password.
– Incoming SSL: Your preference. If you choose SSL/TLS, change Incoming Port to 995.
– Incoming Port: 110
– Incoming Server Hostname: pop.domain.com
– Incoming (Type): POP
– Password: Your mailbox password
– Username/Email Address: Your full email address
– Your Name: How you want your name to appear in emails - If you choose IMAP
– Your Name: your name
– Username/Email Address: Your full email address
– Password: Your email password
– Incoming (Type): IMAP
– Incoming Server Hostname: imap.domain.com
– Incoming Port: 143
– Incoming SSL: Your preference. If you choose SSL/TLS, have the incoming server and port reflect their appropriate SSL settings.
– Incoming Authentication: Normal password.
– Outgoing Server Hostname: smtp.domain.com
– Outgoing Port: 587
– Outgoing SSL: Your preference. If you choose SSL/TLS, have the outgoing server and port reflect their appropriate SSL settings.
– Outgoing Authentication: Normal password - Click on Create Account.
- Wait for the mail client to finish verifying the email settings.
- Additional optional settings are available to further personalize your Thunderbird email client.
Setup iPage email on Windows 10 Mail App
- Open Windows 10 Mail App
- Click on Accounts on left side
- Click on Add Account.
- Select Advanced setup
- Choose Internet email.
- Enter following details:
– Email Address: enter email address
– Username: your username (Ex: test@example.com)
– Password: Your Password
– Account Name:
– Send Your messages using this name
– Incoming email server: imap.example.com
– Account Type: IMAP4
– Outgoing (SMTP) email server: smtp.example.com
– Uncheck Require SSL for outgoing email - Click on Sign in.
- Your email account has been configured successfully!
- Click on Done to complete the process.
