  – Password: your email password
  – Description: description
• Click on Next Button
• Select POP and enter following details under incoming mail server
  – Hostname: mail.insightbb.com
  – Username: Your username
  – Password: Your insightbb.com account password
• Under outgoing mail server enter the following details:
  – Hostname: mail.insightbb.com
  – Username: your Insight Broadband email address
  – Password: your Insight Broadband email password
• Click on Save Button
• Go back on your newly created email address for advance setting
• Go to settings and click on Advanced and enter following details under incoming settings.
  – Use SSL: None
  – Authentication: Password
  – Server Port: 110
• Under outgoing settings enter the following details
  – Use SSL: Yes
  – Authentication: Password
  – Server Port: 465
• Click Done to complete process

Setup Insightbb Email Account on Android Phone

• Step 1
  Open Email application on your android device
• Step 2
  Open menu, click on Settings and click add a new account
• Step 3
  Select Other
• Step 4
  Enter the email address and email password. Click on Manual Setup
• Step 5
  Select Pop and enter the following details under incoming mail server:
  – POP server: mail.insightbb.com
  – Security type: None
  – Port: 110
• Step 6
  Tap on the Next button
• Step 7
  Under outgoing server settings enter the following details
  – SMTP server: mail.insightbb.com
  – Port: 465
  – Security type: SSL
• Step 8
  Click Next Button and check the frequency
• Step 9
  Tap on Done to finish the process.

Setup Insightbb Email Account on Outlook

• Step 1
  Open Outlook
• Step 2
  Click on File and then click Add Account.
• Step 3
  Select Manual setup or additional server types and tap Next.
• Step 4
  Choose POP or IMAP
• Step 5
  Enter the following details on Account Settings page.
  User Information
  – Your Name: Name
  – Email Address: Enter your email address.
  Server Information:
  – Account Type: Select POP
  – Incoming mail server: mail.insightbb.com
  – Outgoing mail server(SMTP): mail.insightbb.com
  Logon Information:
  – User Name: Your username
  – Password: Your account password
  Check Remember password.
  Require logon using secure password authentication: No
• Step 6
  Click Next Button
