What is EarthLink WebMail?

EarthLink Webmail Log in

• First open this webpage.
• On the Web Mail sign in screen, type your full email address in the Email Address box.
• Type your email password in the Password box.
• Click Sign In.
• Click Remember my login on this computer if you don’t want to type your email address every time you visit Web Mail. (You’ll still have to type your password.)

How To Access in EarthLink Webmail Log in?

Ways to Log In:

Webmail is all online, so there’s nothing for your to set up. Simply log into using one of the Approaches below:

Option 1: Direct Login

• Open your Browser In your PC or Laptop.
• Type your email address and password, then click on Login.

How to EarthLink Email Setup for iPhone?

• Go to iPhone settings option.
• Click on Passwords & Accounts.
• Tap Add Account
• Select Other
• Click Add Mail Account
• Enter following information
  – Name: your name
  – Address:  your Earthlink email address
  – Password: your password
  – Description fields: a personal descriptionAfter the details have been filled, Click Next on top right.
• Choose the POP option in order to get the Account Information screen
  Incoming Mail Server
  1.Host Name – pop.yourdomain.com
  2.User Name – Your full email address
  3.Password – Your EarthLink email address password (case sensitive)Outgoing Mail Server
  1.Host Name – smtpauth.earthlink.net
  2.User Name – Your email address
  3.Password – Your EarthLink email address password (case sensitive)Click Save on the top right and you’re done.

Congratulations, you can now send and receive email on your iPhone device.

How to EarthLink Email Setup for iPad?

• Go to iPad settings option.
• Click the Other option
• Enter following information
  – Name: your name
  – Address:  your Earthlink email address
  – Password: your password
  – Description fields: a personal descriptionClick Save when you are done.
• If your iPad is online, it will now attempt to automatically configure your Email settings.
• If your iPad cannot find your server settings automatically, it will ask you to enter them.
  Select the POP option if asked and completely fill out the Incoming and Outgoing Server sections.
  Make sure you use your Full Email address when completing the User Name fields.

  Outgoing Mail Server

  1.Host Name – smtpauth.earthlink.net

  3.Password – Your EarthLink email address password (case sensitive)

  Click the Save button when you are done.

• Your iPad lists your messages under the Inbox Button.
  To display an Email, click the Inbox button and tap the message you want to read.

Free Business webmail Service

Use the following steps to sign in.

• In a compatible web browser, go to https://webmail.hosting.earthlink.net/#/login.
• Enter your email address and password.
• Select Language.
• Click Login.

Setup EarthLink Email Account on Android Phone

• Step 1
  Open your mail app and navigate to the Settings section.
• Step 2
  Choose the Add account option.
• Step 3
  Enter the EarthLink email address and the password and tap Next.
  – Email: your Earthlink email address
  – Password: your Earthlink email password
• Step 4
  Under ‘Incoming server settings’
  If you’re using POP, choose either:
  – POP Secure
  – Port Number 995
  Security Type SSL/TLS (Accept all certificate)
  – POP Insecure
  – Port 110
  Security Type None
  If you’re using IMAP, choose either:
  – IMAP Secure
  – Port Number 993
  – Security Type SSL/TLS (Accept all certificate)
  – IMAP Insecure
  – Port 143
  Security Type None
• Step 5
  Outgoing server settings:
  – SMTP Secure
  – Port 465
  – Security Type SSL/TLS (Accept all certificate)
  – SMTP Insecure
  – Port 26
  – Security Type SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
• Step 6
  Once the settings are entered, tap Next.

Your account is now ready to use.

Setup EarthLink Email account on Apple iPhone

• Step 1
  Go to iPhone settings option.
• Step 2
  Tap on the Add account option.
• Step 3
  Choose Add Mail Account, and enter the following information:
  – Name: your name
  – Email: your Earthlink email address
  – Password: your Earthlink email password
  – Description: a personal description
  Tap the “Next” button when done
• Step 4
  Select the POP option in order to get the Account Information screen
